Lots of things going on but still most things in-progress rather than completed. I've done a bunch of good learning as well as a number of good deeds, so my soul is in a good place, but what I need to do is get some i's dotted and t's crossed to complete some bits. Principal among these is backups. While I've sketched out and can manually do a single backup, I need to have them being done regularly, automatically, and be able to demonstrate I can restore it reliably. The other main wrinkle is version control. I'm using this regularly but pretty specifically, where I need to be doing this more broadly.
I have been doing some good, including reading through one of the foundational Kubernetes books. But I'm realizing I can't just be reading about it, I also need to do some hands on, which means doing a bit of configuration and likely a bit of raspberry pi stuff too. Last but not least, I have to do some network tweaking. I'd like to get some faster wifi, I need to fix my broken PiHole and I need to fiddle with my physical network, including wiring and an older hub to faster switch upgrade. Well, I think that's a good amount of short-term #goals and now I have some work to do! :)
