I spent a bit of time attending a weird but wonderful conference on DevOps hosted in Animal Crossing of all things. While the surroundings seemed silly, the talks I stopped in at were serious and very well done. I also watched another few Anais videos, one on using a templating system which allows you to use one file to specify pods you want spun up but allows some variations for different setups like tesr/stage/prod. I also bit the bullet and decided if I'm going to do #100DaysOfKubernetes then I should be documenting too, so I've done that. I've created a docs spot in github and have started to move over my k8s related links -- and I even addded a brand new one. My goal here is to put in some scripting and tips, not just raw URLs like I'm doing so far. I have to spend a bit more focus time on security bits, as I am learning lots on the DevOps side but I need to tie this back to what I'd like to be doing.
