Doing less and feeling tired

I'm starting to feel much better but I'm still not 100%. I feel tired and drained after a few hours, and my memory is not very together -- I'm not grokking stuff I usually would and I'm not keeping as much on my mind as I usually can. I have to stop more often, and I'm not as energenic as I have been in the past. I'm hoping this is just a leftover from covid and something that will fade as time goes on. Right now I'm dealing by trying to be sensitive to my energy levels, but its hard to not be avle to do what I usually can.
