Getting things set up

I'm starting to get things set up a bit better, and actually spent some time watching new Anais videos. One was ten tips she wished she'd known before learning Kubernetes, which had some good pointers. The most relevant one for me is to "keep going", as I'd hit a bit of a rut a while back and I feel like I've been spinning my wheels a bit. Another video I watched was on how Anais does her videos, which gave me a bit of good insight. She doesn't have a tight script, but rather plans out the elements she's going to cover so she has the direction and the flow of the video put together. I have played with some of the tools she mentions (OBS, Handbrake) but she gave references to editing tools, animation bits and a card maker which helps promote her videos.

I need to have a recording setup to actually start to do some vids -- I have done a few quick bits but they are rough and I need to be a bit better at turning a good idea into a finished product. I'm not aiming at professional quality here, but rather at not looking too blatently unpolished. This is not letting perfect get in the way of the good! :)
