So, I've been trying to watch at least one Anais video each day, and I've been good at doing that for the most part up until now. But I have focused on videos that are around ten minutes, and up to a bit more than fifteen minutes long. So I did skip a video or two that were longer, with the intention of circling back to them later. At this point, though, I've watched all of the short 100DaysOfKubernetes videos and most of the remainder are 18-20 mins or more. The 10 minute videos are a great length, as they are short and do a good topic intro, and they are fairly easy to understand. I've been watching them as my last at the computer activity of the day, so I don't always have a lot of mental energy at that time. Okay, so what to do? I have some thoughts. One is to do my learning activities earlier, and use my late eve time to re-write my notes. Or another approach would be to split up the longer videos over a couple days -- that way I only watch the same ~10 min timeframe as I like, but my concern is losing the thread of learning between the two sessions. Another possibility is having a long learning session one day, and taking a break on the next day. Beyond all that, I need to start producing some content. I did an initial video, but I'm wanting to pump up what I'm doing. I'm going to revisit my notion page and try to get my drawing tablet working. I'm also spending some time this weekend to getting my hardware situation worked out and having a local rev of Kubernetes running.
