New year new gear

Catchy title for a start of the year post, no?

I've gone on a bit of a buying spree, and I'm hoping to simplify my setup and improve it in the same broad stroke.

Also, in my cleaning journey, I found what I thought was a few PicoPis but turned out to be a few not allocated Pi4s -- which might mean my k8s lab might get a kickstart a bit earlier than I expected. I have to have a bit of a plan here, but there are some blueprints but I need to revisit them. I'd also like to use a PiZero or ZeroW to get my PiHole back up and working again. And maybe some other projects to think about, Pi wise. During cleaning, I stumbled upon some really old stuff, from when I was a wee one. I think I'm going to do a vlog or three about the stuff I've found. Some is old software, some is old hardware, but all should be an interesting look back.

Besides all the cleaned stuff, I ordered a bunch of stuff from some various places, and we'll see how that all works out. I bought some lab stuff, some simplify my main work area bits, and a possible older server. Should be some fun configure stuff.

I've been trying to take a more hands-off approach to managing the blog bits, and I'vemade some good strides. I built two bits that upload and deploy the files, but I still need to integrate it into the build process and finally to tidy up the old files. I'm going to keep working on tweaking and making this almost completely automatic over the next little while.
